A great scorcher sauce with a delicious tropical fruit base of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit and lime.

The sneaky drop of natural capsaicin oleoresin makes Iguana En Fuego hot, but not as insane-ly hot as many other extra hot extract pepper sauces.

This concoction can still actually be enjoyed with food, instead of ruining food.

The label says:

So our boy Iggy was on a tear one night in the test kitchen when the sprinkler system went off in a deluge.

He was under strict instructions once again not to troll thru our desk drawers (who knows what he'd find) when he finds my secret stash of pepper extract.

We had historically frowned on using the stuff to enhance the heat factor of our "all killer - no filler" sauces, but he was on a mission and it involved lots of heat.

But in support of the maleficient little guy, he was onto something that smelled pretty damned potent, so we cleared the air and let him run with it.

An I gotta admit, this time Iggy done good.



Habanero Pepper 46.8%, Water, Vinegar, Onion, Pineapple, Lime Juice, Pepper Oleorsin, Papaya, Passion Fruit, Carrot, Salt, Onion Powder, Cane Sugar, anthan Gum (Emulsifier), Garlic Powder and Ascorbic Acid.
