If you spend £75 or more you will qualify for free delivery.
Unfortunately this doesn’t mean that our couriers will deliver it for free but it does mean that we’ll pay the postage.
If you’re spending £75 or more on hot sauces you’re either a serious chillihead or someone with an impeccable taste in gifts and, whichever it is, we reckon the least we can do is pick up the tab for the postage.
UK DELIVERY
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail and, so long as Postman Pat does his job properly, are normally delivered within three working days. This service is fully trackable and you will be sent the tracking number in the dispatch email we sent when its processed.
Any urgent orders we would suggest you pay for the courier delivery service which costs £6.95 and is selectable at the checkout stage.
Orders are despatched Monday to Friday inclusive.

UK POSTAL CHARGES
Postal charges are calculated on product weight including packaging. Just to give you an example, a typical 148ml bottle of hot sauce with packaging weighs approximately 500g.

RETURNS
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail us stating the nature of your complaint and return the goods within 7 days of receipt. We will refund you or replace the goods without fuss.
