Simon, a.k.a. The Chilli Jam Man, started with a simple goal: to make food sing with chilli-fuelled flavour. After falling headfirst into the vibrant world of South-East Asian spices in Australia, he returned to the UK and realised there was a gaping void in the jam scene. So, naturally, he made his own.

From humble beginnings — 40 jars at his first market in 2009 — to an award-laden empire in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, Simon’s creations have become a mainstay in kitchens, pubs, and restaurants across the country. Great Taste Awards? Check. SALSA accreditation? Check. National acclaim? Oh, absolutely.

Every jar is still crafted in-house, packed with the finest ingredients, and full of character. Whether it’s a sandwich, stir-fry, curry, or a cheeky gift for the food lover in your life, these jams and sauces don’t just add heat — they add personality.
