Another brilliant sauce from fiery food legend CaJohn.
This little beauty scooped a Golden Chile award for best tasting extract sauce and it’s not hard to see why.
The extract used weighs in at a whopping 4 million Scoville Units so the heat level is definitely extreme, but where this sauce really triumphs is in it’s flavour.
Just check out the ingredients and you’ll see the incredible heat is complimented by tomatoes, mustard, papaya, guava, pinapple and banana.
These are not normally ingredients that I’d be overkeen to see in a hot sauce to be honest.
They certainly work in this case though.

Where to start with this one heat is definitely there right off the bat it hits you and stays for about 15 mins but no way would i say this is a 4 million heat sauce. Flavour this is where the problem is i did not get any it gets lost in the heat and extract for me i would say go the for psycho extreme ghost pepper way better sauce

If your into heat this sauce will not disappoint Heat hits you right away and it did stay with me for a bit .As for flavour i did not get anything to be honest i am not a extract lover but i think the heat took everything else away.
