  1. Lydia

Tried it in Belize and brought 5 bottles back. Love the flavour!!!!!

  2. Dean Allison

Didn’t like this ne at all. The flavour is all wrong. The problem is that the carrots, which I think are a bizarre addition to a hot sauce anyway, are far too prominent. All I could taste was hot carrot. It spoiled the food to which it was added. Had to pour it down the sink. If you love carrots then perhaps you will like this sauce!

  3. Dan

The queen of hot sauces. Habanero flavour is the star, and the carrot base gives just the right body, complexity, and just enough sweetness under it. Buy five, you’ll be going through it quick!

  4. Roberto Romero

Beautiful flavoured hot sauce that goes well with everything. This is a must for any serious chilli head. If you haven’t already tried it, then what are you waiting this sauce will not disappoint. I highly recommend it.

  5. Ed R

    My go to hotsauce.

I use this in all of my cooking and it brings a nice sharpness to dishes.

    Love it in butternut soup.

  6. Guy Bradshaw

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect hot sauce ever since Dan T’s became unavailable in the UK- Marie Sharp’s Hot Habanero sauce (and the hotter version too) has ended that search 🙂 it is hot but more importantly it is packed with flavour. And I’ve always found the Hot Sauce Emporium a perfectly reliable supplier.

  7. John Wilkinson

ever since I’d lived in the Stann Creek Valley…

  8. Colin Consterdine

This is the tastiest sauce in the 100+ sauces I have tried. It has heat with flavour, the perfect combination! I could not recommend this sauce highly enough. An essential for any chilli fan.

  9. Scottie2Hottie

This sauce and the Grapefruit Habanero sauce are my favourite sauces by a country mile.
The only problem is that you only stock the small 5oz bottles (2 days supply) and not the larger 10oz bottles. Get the larger sizes in and I will buy by the case.

  10. Jimmy

The signature line from one of the best hot sauce companies on the market, you can’t go for breakfast, lunch or tea in Belize without bumping into the stuff at every turn and not without good reason. Hot and fresh tasting, this is a no-nonsense everyday sauce that goes great with your boiled eggs and soldiers or adds a decent bit of kick to a nice home-cooked chilli. Easy to love and highly recommended
