What an unusual sauce we have here from Professor Payne Indeass.
Decidedly Indian in flavour with a base of apple sauce enhanced with curry spiciness and serious sphincter-melting heat.
Dash some of this into your Pot Noodle and behold the bastard brother of the Bombay Bad Boy.
For a tad more sophistication add Sphincter Shrinker to a yoghurt or pineapple & cider based marinade and transform your chicken or pork kebabs into little skewers of fiery Indian heaven.
I can’t see that one making it into Delia’s next book but trust me, they taste fantastic.
