Not a bad sauce, but this is no where near a 8 on the heat scale I’d say more like a 4. I’d really of liked more of a mango flavour to this sauce, I personally can’t taste much of it at all. I added a few drops of Psycho drops to the sauce to make it hotter, and it worked a treat without changing the flavour of the sauce.
