Best chilli sauce out there. This one and the green one. They’re carrot based – so fresh. Goes well with everything but especially good with scrambled eggs, chicken, rice and peas even in a coleslaw. Goes well on a pizza, kedgeree, amazing with tuna/rice salad. Oh you name it this works – East Asian foods – anything that resembles a spicy broth. I can’t think of a reason not to have a batch of these in the larder. I’ll eat just a plate of rice if I can have this on it.
