I sort of grew my hot sauce wings on Kick Yo’ Ass original in my teens, so I was mega excited to see they had a Carolina reaper (my fave chilli) version some 20 years later. This is a gorgeous, tangy number that’s really well rounded. A proper brekkie/lunch/dinner kind of table sauce, and for me, packs as much if not more of a punch than several of those rated 9 on the pain scale, albeit, it’s made to be served in lashings. Very, very good.
