JD’s Hot Honey began in 2020 during lockdown when Jade and her husband discovered a new passion for Neapolitan pizza.

Dissatisfied with traditional sweet chilli and hot sauces, Jade experimented with infusing honey with red jalapeños. This led to a unique hot honey that pairs perfectly with their favourite pizza and many other dishes.
