Enjoyed collecting green, red, yellow, black etc etc chillies for this sauce. Crazy explosion of flavours. Can’t put my finger on any particular chillies but to included a mix of NuMex Twilight, Dorset Naga, Scoprions, Carolina Reapers, Pink Tiger, Chocolate Habanero, Chocolate Naga, Thai Green Curry, Poblano, Jalapeno, Habanero, Cayenne, Fresno and many many more.
Slow but sure heat and they tingle on your bottom lip. Great individuality in our Allotment Special – a proper chilli grower hot sauce, packed with layers of flavours!
