You might think a Scotch Bonnet and ginger combo would leave you gasping for air. But Queen Majesty’s Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce? It’s got just the right amount of sass without setting your mouth ablaze. The ginger dances in with a zesty kick, while the warmth of the Scotch bonnet peppers keeps things interesting. Not too fiery, but enough heat to remind you who’s boss. Add it to your soups, curries, or wings and let it work its mild-hot magic. No sweat—well, maybe just a little.

Unquestionably the tastiest hot sauce I’ve ever encountered. On wings, eggs or in any sandwich/falafel pitta etc, you won’t be disappointed. The hum of ginger in your nostrils is super aromatic and almost calming. The habanero is hot, but absolutely acceptable to my wife who is not a fan of hot sauces – she’s the one whose reminded me to order another few bottles since we’ve run out.

Honestly this sauce is all about the flavour (which is incredible), the heat is slow and medium with a mild habanero type burn. An everyday style chilli sauce for even new starter chilli heads

King of the sauces. Fruity, rich, balanced. Just beautiful. My fiancé loves it (and she’s no hot sauce enthusiast at all)

This is a really tasty sauce with a moderate heat and an initial punch of ginger. Goes well with white meat, and you can happily pour straight from the bottle or marinade without fear of unforeseen repercussions. Definitely a mainstay in my pantry since ordering, I’d recommend to a novice heat merchant getting used to the idea of killer sauces…
