Punch is made with fresh Pineapple, Craft IPA beer, Scotch Bonnets and plenty of garlic making it a sriracha sauce like no other. The ‘Punch’ comes from the Dorset Naga Chilli.
This sauce is fantastic on white meats, scallops, fish, cheese, (even cottage cheese), salads, roasted veg, quinoa and cous cous.
