New label, new recipe. I liked to old one better, better taste and a bit chunky. This new version is much more smooth (easier to poor out) but somehow less complex. The list of ingredients is also reduced in half. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still an very amazing and maybe still my favourite hot sauce. I am just very sad about changing the recipe
