Melinda’s Sriracha Hot Sauce

Here’s Melinda’s take on the classic Asian-style sriracha, and they’ve done a rather fine job. It’s not trying to break the sound barrier, but it packs a sweet-spicy umami punch that makes it brilliant on noodles, eggs, pizza, even hummus. Fermented red jalapeños and garlic take centre stage, rounded out with that unmistakable Melinda’s freshness.
