Those final secret ingredients have been found and the perfect balance between heat and heaven, much like Barbados itself, has been encapsulated within a Daddy Cool’s bottle.
Each bottle contains 18.5% yellow scotch bonnet chillies which delivers that distinctive scotch bonnet aroma and fruitiness we all know and love. It’s a versatile sauce which compliments most foods, but particularly lends itself to stews, meats and fish. Daddy Cool would even go as far as putting it on breakfast cereal but that’s arguably a step too far for most.
