Twenty-three years ago, Mr & Mrs Daddy Cool tied the knot in Barbados, a memory which would echo in their minds persistently over the next 2 decades.
Of course, the wedding was perfect, the views and scenery were picturesque and the weather was delightful but the most unforgettable part: THAT hot sauce!
Almost a quarter of a century later and the penny has dropped. Those final secret ingredients have been found and the perfect balance between heat and heaven, much like Barbados itself, has been encapsulated within a Daddy Cool’s bottle.
Each bottle contains 18.5% yellow scotch bonnet chillies which delivers that distinctive scotch bonnet aroma and fruitiness we all know and love. It’s a versatile sauce which compliments most foods, but particularly lends itself to stews, meats and fish. Daddy Cool would even go as far as putting it on breakfast cereal but that’s arguably a step too far for most.
Suggested Uses: This fiery Barbadian style hot pepper sauce that adds the taste of the caribbean to any dish, great for meat, soup, dips, poultry, fish and salads.
