    Hard to resist a purchase that says CRAZY BASTARD on the bottle.

    This is a nice entry level hot sauce, no burn to it just adds a powerful taste of scotch bonnet and spices to your dish. Really does give off Caribbean vibes, goes great with chicken, rice and veg.

    Bottle is a bit awkward though, the consistency is pretty lumpy which makes it tricky to shake out the amount you want.

    Full of that rich, savoury Scotch Bonnet fruitiness but the jerk-style spices come through just as strongly and the hint of celery, while unorthodox, adds a really nice touch. I love it in or on just about anything tomato-based
