    This is one of my favourite sauces and a must always in my cupboard. Unique, great, fresh flavour and enough heat when added generously. What I love about this is the cucumber and carrot flavour works unbelievably well with nearly any vegetable dish. Particularly add it to coleslaw or stir fried vegetables, or roasted vegetables. I have found I use this as much or more than any of my other 50 sauces I own.
