This stuff is delicious.. robust serrano pepper flavour with a hint of sweetness.
The burn is nice but doesn’t last long, it’s mild enough you’d want to use this sauce on everything (I love how the bottle is easy to squeeze).

This is one of my favourite sauces and a must always in my cupboard. Unique, great, fresh flavour and enough heat when added generously. What I love about this is the cucumber and carrot flavour works unbelievably well with nearly any vegetable dish. Particularly add it to coleslaw or stir fried vegetables, or roasted vegetables. I have found I use this as much or more than any of my other 50 sauces I own.
