I’ve become something of a fan of Wiltshire Chilli Farm sauces, so this looked like an interesting one to try out, hidden away as it were at the end of the listings for products from this company.
It’s described perfectly by the good Doctor in the words, “a warming and savoury sauce” as it ticks both those boxes: warm enough to enjoy as a tasty marinade, yet flavoursome enough to add to stews and soups to pep them up a bit.
Definitely one to try for yourself.
