This really ISN’T a hot sauce, let alone one ranking as a 3/10 on the Doctor’s scale. That said, it IS a delicious fruity sauce, with an aroma not dissimilar to Branston Pickle and a very pleasant tang on your palate. Buy with a view to enjoying the flavour not the heat, and you’ll not go too far wrong.
