Wiltshire Caribbean. A twist on a more traditional Caribbean style sauce with sweetness and ginger altering the profile; a cross between Caribbean and Sweet Thai Chilli styles. Balanced Habanero heat, a slight sting from the Ghost’s, mild for a fanatic. Suffering from a little Shrinkflation at 140ml for the current price of £6.50 Jan ’25. However, it is a tasty sauce likely to suit those with a sweeter tooth. 4/5 for flavour.
