So here we have our mildest sauce. A perfect infusion of green jalapeno, lime, and ginger.

This is light enough for sald dressing, but fantastic on shellfish, light meats and cheeses. A perfect zesty verde sauce.

Cider Vinegar, Jalapeno Chilli, Oranges, Lime, Sugar, Spring Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Coriander, Spinach, Sea Salt, Rapeseed Oil.
