    This sauce is lovely. I was expecting it to be hotter but actually it is bang on for an every day table sauce. Bit of a slow burn on the lips and a great flavour when used on meats. Buy some.

    This sauce is utterly delicious and very hot. Not the hottest I’ve had but one of the hottest not to feature added capsaicin. It’s got a depth of flavour which is often missing from the hotter sauces on the market. This is my first experience of Pepper X and it is one of my absolute favourite sauces but with no criticism of the Doc implied (importing is an expensive game now) at £19.95 a bottle it is going to be a rare treat when I want it to be a staple of my sauce rack.
