Definitely top shelf hot.
You can tell it’s the Reaper and not just the Bhut Jolokia/Naga Morich.
Absolutely buying again. I suggest you do the same if you like it HOT.

Flavour, value for money. Makes a common brand of hot sauce taste like vinegar. Ordering several bottles for the 3rd or 4th time I always have 4 drops on my baked beans for breakfast. Goes extremely well with a falafel wrap but that’s when you start to pour more generously. One year I even grew my own Trinidad Scorpions and filled up the bottles, it is fun but makes you realise what good value this sauce really is! Now I’m addicted.
