We chose this one because we both adore the flavour of the Jalapeno pepper. This sauce, with our favourite pepper as the first ingredient, is magnificent. If you can imagine what a green, “mildly spicy” sauce tastes like, with the presence of citrus juice and vitamin C, then this hits the spot precisely. No sugar per se, but the roasted peppers and lime juice concentrate give just a touch of sweetness. Sufficiently mild to splash heavily into anything (whether a raw salad or cooked whatevers), it’ll liven up anything – we’ll definitely be re-ordering this one!
