A rare and delightful creation that masterfully balances citrusy zing with just a touch of heat. The vibrant grapefruit pulp brings a fresh, tangy twist, while the select yellow habanero peppers add just enough warmth. With its medium-thick consistency and uniquely refreshing flavour, this sauce is perfect for eggs, cheese, and meats – or for those who appreciate a hot sauce that leans more towards zesty than fiery. A true one-of-a-kind Belizean gem.

Love this sauce. I went to Marie Sharp’s factory, after becoming addicted to her sauces while travelling around the wonderful country of Belize. It is well off the beaten track and it took a bit to find it, but it was well worth the visit. She and her husband took us to their home, after a factory tour, and we had a cup of tea, then they drove us back to our hostel in Dangriga. Lovely people, local employer, and a fabulous sauce. I became addicted to every flavour, as it is on every restaurant table in Belize. Particularly for breakfast. The grapefruit pulp sauce is quite mild, but is GREAT on poached eggs on toast, and barbecued fish.

Well was really looking forward to trying out this sauce .You get the Habanero right from the off the Grapefruit as a bit on the light side to be honest. Not a hot sauce does give a bit of a sting but not by much .Taste well not to sure about that one as i said the Grapefruit was a bit on the light side But did enjoy it .Would i buy it again yes but so far the pure love pineapple has been the best so far.

One of my two favourite sauces – both made by the only woman I love that I have never met – Marie Sharp. This Grapefruit Habanero sauce is amazing with Fish, Chicken and eggs and adds a real kick to a Whiskey Sour (tiny drop is sufficient).
