If your idea of mustard involves something bland and yellow skulking at the back of the fridge, prepare for a very rude awakening. This beautifully blended jalapeño and serrano concoction is not here to play nice. With over 90% of its makeup being pure mustard and proper green chilli firepower, it is a firm rebuke to mediocrity. Very very good, one of the better mustards I have tasted but not as hot as suggested. You will need to buy two jars as it will be used.
