SUGGESTED USES: A sweet and mild Smokey Chipotle chilli jam that is made with ripe Jalapeno chillies which are cold smoked to produce that taste of Mexico, the chilli jam can be used as a glaze on your BBQ meats or with cheese, pork, chicken and beef sandwiches; I personally use it on pulled pork and slow cooked sticky chicken wings, in conjunction with our award-winning chilli rub, to get a sweet sticky Mexican Chipotle taste.
