I crave this sauce. The flavor is so unique. Its great on fried chicken and rice. Sad its out of stock.
Minimalcat –
This sauce is a great composition flavourwise. Love how the blueberry harmonises with the Ghost Pepper.
BUT it’s way to runny, almost like water. I‘ve cooked the sauce with corn starch and refilled the bottle to get a proper sauce.
Coran “Spicefreak” Sloss –
A great blend of (surprisingly savoury) Ghost Pepper and blueberry flavours with a pleasing hit of black pepper. I, personally, find the vinegar content too high but it still works great in curries.
