Big Ginger Sauce Co. Naga Bomb

Not so much a sauce as it is a weaponised curry in a bottle. Naga Bomb detonates with caramelised onion, garlic, and a payload of Indian spices before the fruity, floral menace of Naga chillies comes marching in. A sauce for those who want their food to fight back — but with flavour first, heat second (just kidding, the heat’s a monster).

Superb with tandoori, burgers, curries, kebabs, or, frankly, anything you want to detonate with delicious fury. Pop a few drops on a pizza and question your life choices — in a good way.

An initial hit of sweet, super slow cooked onion and garlic, a complex mix of Indian whole spices, carefully blended with the fruity heat of Naga Chillies.  An explosion of flavour!

Inspired my some of my favourite curry flavours, this is a versatile sauce that adds incredible intense flavour to any dish.  Goes very well with smoky BBQ food and curried dishes, but also amazing to drip on a pizza, splash in a wrap, or dip a grilled cheese sandwich!
