Nearly blew my a-noose off!

Ok so first off, I’d be tempted to give this more of a 2.5 than a 3 if I could but despite my feelings I did enjoy the sauce so I’m more willing to round up than round down.
The stuff is reasonably hot, not as good as the Dr. Burnorium brand or the normal Blair’s sauce I get but it has a decent kick.
The issues with this sauce come down to consistency and flavour.
It’s a little too watery in my opinion. I like a sauce to be able to “glob” but this stuff just pours, I mean if that’s you’re thing then great but personally I just think it’s less than stellar.
The second issue I have Is the taste which although does indeed have a slight, smokey flavour to it, the chemical aftertaste is enough to make me less enthusiastic about this sauce.
Honestly it feels like someone just wanted to get out a product, there’s no love in there, the recipe works but it’s like comparing a cake made by a chef to that of a chemist. Sure the chemist might make a technically sound sponge but you can taste the effort and care that went into the chef’s.
If you’re in need of a table hot sauce and can find it cheap then get it. If not, there’s better choices to spend your money on
