  • Dr. Burnörium says:

Psycho Juice Roasted Garlic Ghost Pepper is full-bodied, full-flavoured and packing explosive natural heat without the addition of extract.

Most importantly, as with all my Psycho Juice sauces, it actually tastes of the most important ingredient, the star of the show, the whole damned point of a hot sauce, namely the chilli itself.

There are no distractions by means of superfluous, fancy-pants, look-how-clever-I-am ingredients. Less is more.

This is a sauce for the purist. A sauce for the connoisseur. A sauce for the serious chillihead.

I’m Dr. Burnörium and for me to put my name, not to mention my gorgeous fizzog, on the label you can be sure that Psycho Juice is something pretty damned special and has exceeded even my exacting standards.

I sincerely hope that you enjoy my Psycho Juice range as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them for serious chilliheads like you.

  1. McGee

My favourite hot sauce – the smell of it makes my mouth water and too much of it makes my bum water. 10/10

  2. C-Austen

This sauce was ok but because the chilli’s are roasted I found the sauce quite lumpy, also I couldn’t even taste the Garlic. Spicy though so 3 Stars.

  3. John D

I really like this sauce. It definitely packs the heat but is not overpowering(to my taste). The flavor is more complex than I was expecting but best in small doses. Of my 5 open sauce bottles at the moment this is my favorite.

  4. Tom K

My new go-to hot sauce for almost every dish. A solid 10 when enough is applied, a slow start that takes a few second to really build the heat. Plenty of naga flavour with additional sweetness from the garlic & a great thick consistency.

  5. Burning Man

Very spicy with great flavour of the peppers and garlic. Be warned that this one is a slow burner. First time I tried it I put a blob on a teaspoon. First was the flavour of ghost pepper with a secondary hit of garlic. Then 40 seconds later the roof of my mouth exploded into a fire storm which took a fair few minutes to abate. It deserves its 10 rating. Its great, I love it.

  6. Steven Robertson

I have bought this for years the flavours are lovely

  7. Coran “Spicefreak” Sloss

All the sharp, stinging burn of roasted Ghosts with no more garlic than the rest of the range. Definitely hurty but not nearly the flavour that I was looking for.
