Psycho Juice Scotch Bonnet is full-bodied, full-flavoured and packing wonderful natural heat without the addition of extract.
Most importantly, as with all my Psycho Juice sauces, it actually tastes of the most important ingredient, the star of the show, the whole damned point of a hot sauce, namely the chilli itself.
There are no distractions by means of superfluous, fancy-pants, look-how-clever-I-am ingredients. Less is more.
This is a sauce for the purist. A sauce for the connoisseur. A sauce for the serious chillihead.
I’m Dr. Burnörium and for me to put my name, not to mention my gorgeous fizzog, on the label you can be sure that Psycho Juice is something pretty damned special and has exceeded even my exacting standards.
I sincerely hope that you enjoy my Psycho Juice range as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them for serious chilliheads like you.

Such an interesting sauce – the peach flavour really comes out in this which limits its use quite a bit, but it does make for an amazing cheese on toast!

This is my first purchase from this website and first time trying their sauce, I got 11 sauces and started with this one.
It’s delecious to say the least. I finished almost half the bottle in two days and it got me to try all their other sauces.

I’d have to concur with other reviews for this sauce – it’s sweeter than I’d expected, no where near as hot as the rating would suggest (although treat with respect as a liberal glug into a chilli will make itself known!), but overall entirely agreeable.

Tastes nice but heavily diluted, serious lack of flavour. Heat-wise, definitely not a ‘9’ judging by other sauces I’ve bought from this site with the same rating.

A sweeter, milder sauce I mainly use on cheese toasties. The pain level should be lowered from a 9 to a 5 though as it’s rated way to high.

Lovely tasting sauce you get the scotch bonnet right away .Heat now this is where it lost me site says a 9 but to be honest i would say a 5 tops no more .I would defo buy it again for the flavour excellent sauce for every day meals with just a little kick .

This is a very well balanced sauce . It’s slightly sweet and tangy without taking away from the the nice peppery scotch bonnet flavour. One of the best tasting phyco sauces after the scorpion one and the garlic ghost. The only slight thing I would change is your pain rating of 9 , it’s really not that hot you actually have hot sauces marked way lower which are hotter . Apart from that it’s a excellent sauce perfect for every day use too add flavour and a little kick to most savoury dishes .
