I love this sauce. It’s described as a Sriracha style sauce, but I’d personally disagree with that. There’s smoke in there, but just a hint. There’s sweetness too, but only a trace. What you do get is the wonderful flavour of Naga chillies, and garlic. This is a really unique sauce, and it’s so delicious that I’ll be trying the rest of the Wiltshire Chilli Farm range soon.
