A selection of three cracking naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper) spice blends that are fantastic for sprinkling over, rubbing onto or adding into food.
Psycho Spice Original Ghost Pepper is a blend of naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper) and cayenne with a lovely garlicky background.
Psycho Spice Chipotle Ghost Pepper is a blend of naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper), cayenne and wonderful smoky chipotle.
Psycho Spice Sichuan Ghost Pepper is a blend of naga jolokia (Ghost Pepper) and cayenne, enhanced with the amazing mouth-numbing quality of Sichuan peppercorns.
Since developing the Psycho Spice range I use them on literally everything I eat.
Hot sauce is still applied to my grub but I love to use Psycho Spice as a finishing dust and, to be perfectly frank, it’s the only thing that makes a boring, traditional Sunday roast palatable to me.
Sprinkle It, Rub It,
Add It, Sort It,
But Don’t Be A Fool
And Try And Snort It.
I’m Dr. Burnörium and for me to put my name, not to mention my gorgeous fizzog, on the label you can be sure that Psycho Spice is something pretty damned special and has exceeded even my exacting standards.
I sincerely hope that you enjoy my Psycho Spice range as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them for serious chilliheads like you.

I had these a while back and loved them. They were great rubs to add to meat dishes and really made pork or beef pop. The flavour was strong but the herbs and spices complimented the flavours rather than overpowering them. Unfortunately I was still working to get the quantities right with chicken and sometimes it was a little too much but that’s the problem with chicken meat unfortunately. Overall, really tasty stuff. Got to love the heat and flavours involved, though I could possibly have enjoyed a broader range in flavours as the chipotle was not as different as I would have hoped.
