Caramel Milk Chocolate with Sea Salt Flakes, Vanilla Fudge Pieces and Naga Jolokia Chilli
Wonderful caramel chocolate flavour up front accompanied by buttery vanilla fudge and savoury little hits of sea salt. And then the Naga Jolokia kicks in with a heat that really builds but doesn’t totally overpower.
Enjoy one piece at a time. Savour the flavour. Embrace the heat.
Move over Willy Wonka. There’s a new kid in town.
Created especially for serious chilliheads my Psycho Chocolate is the perfect blend of heat and flavour.
The challenge was to get the balance right.
It’s hot, make no mistake about that, but it’s at a level that serious chilliheads will enjoy without it totally melting their face off.
I’m Dr. Burnörium and for me to put my name, not to mention my gorgeous fizzog, on the sleeve you can be sure that Psycho Chocolate is something pretty damned special.
I sincerely hope that you enjoy my Psycho Chocolate range as much as I’ve enjoyed creating them for serious chilliheads like you.

This is excellent chocolate. What a great combo. The sweetness of the salted caramel is delightfully set-off by the latent kick of the Naga Jolokia chilli; and as for the chilli flakes on the base, albeit a tad hit and miss – as they’re randomly scattered across the base of the bar – catch in the throat fantastically! But don’t be fooled – if you’re into chilli, there is literally NO WAY you can stop at a piece or two… it is simply too delicious!

I wished I got on with this chocolate. I really do, but for whatever reason it just didn’t click for me. It had a decent spice but the issue I had was that i felt it was overpowering.
I’m no stranger to a decent hot sauce, I like it hot and strong but for whatever reason, the bar I had just tasted like hot sauce and I struggled to get any of the chocolate flavour.
I’d be willing to give it another go though, I really like the concept and am willing to accept that accidents happen in production. Maybe I just got an unmixed part or something or maybe I just don’t have a taste for chilli chocolate I don’t know.
Either way, give it a go. It’s cheap and worth a shot in case you like it

Arrived with a fine white dusting, as though the chocolate had bloomed, yet that wasn’t the case. What it actually was was a salt spray that really brought out the best in both the chocolate, itself, and the caramel fudge.
This stuff is divine and it doesn’t pull its punches. Unlike some of the “salted” caramel products on the market.
