Very fresh and tasty; a quality sauce that feels home made and isn’t let down by artificial flavours. Pain Level 2 is perhaps a little misleading unless you are very intolerant to heat; I would be inclined to say it is flavourful rather than hot. Great on fish, rice or anything with a subtle flavour that you don’t want to negate.
