This West Indian inspired hot pepper sauce is the result of years of experimenting and tweaking, while Daddy Cool searched for that true Caribbean flavour.
The sauce has that distinct tang found in West Indian hot sauces, with a really refreshing heat.

Suggested Uses: Splash a dash on fried chicken, rice n peas or drizzle over pizza, eggs, mac n cheese, potato wedges, pasta, fish or roasted vegetables, it goes on about everything savoury.
Oh lord yes! It is fruity in flavour and spicy hot, but not superhot, if you want a sauce you can splash on anything, this is the one and there can only be one!
