In 1913 La Anita’s history begins in Mérida, Yucatán when Doña Ana Sosa de Méndez decides to share Yucatan’s flavors through artisanal made products.
As time passed, motivated by her passion and backed by her effort, dedication and enthusiasm in the kitchen, La Anita’s products are known and appreciated on an national and international level, used in multiple Latin dishes leaving a unique essence.
