Back in the early days of 1980, in a kitchen in Belize, a lady by the name of Marie Sharp took the first, tentative steps towards producing hot sauces using wholesome, locally-farmed habanero peppers, fresh vegetables and spices.
Marie Sharp has since established herself as a legend within the hot sauce world and the supreme quality of her habanero sauces is recognised and appreciated by discerning chilli-heads all over the world.
