Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee
Pain Level 6
Dr. Burnörium says:
Hot without being uncomfortable.
The coffee flavour can be tasted but is definitely not overpowering.
Try it on grilled chicken or over some cream cheese as a dip.
The label says:
Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines an exciting flavor with a sensational heat.
This is our hottest recipe, we use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce.
Our RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 2 types of vinegar: our own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar and Bragg's organic apple cider vinegar.
There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros.
This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza.
You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich.
Our preference is to put it on everything.
