Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger
Pain Level 5
Dr. Burnörium says:
stinct rich flavour with a pleasant, low-mid level heat kick.
The overall flavour is bright and sweet, quite different from your chilli-based hot sauces, thanks to the balance between ginger and pepper.
Pairs well with virtually anything.
The label says:
Queen Majesty Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Hot Sauce has a vibrant flavor and a slow-burning heat.
This original recipe is very loosely based off of a Jamaican jerk recipe, but more to compliment than compete with it.
The brightness of the ginger and lemon also work perfectly to spice up soups and curries or mix a little with honey and use for sweet potatoes or wings.
This is a surprisingly versatile sauce and can be added to almost all of your favorite dishes
