Buffalo wings may not be as well known here in the UK as they are over the pond but I urge you to give them a try.
They’re dead simple to make, as per the label instructions; they’re a really sociable food, just pile them onto a plate and let your guests tuck-in (don’t forget the serviettes) but most importantly of all, they taste absolutely fantastic.
Of course, like many other things, your buffalo wings will only be as good as what’s on them.
The sauce is the key.
Fortunately for you Wing-Time Buffalo Wing Sauce is as good as it gets.
The label says:
For great tasting authentic buffalo wings, cut chicken wings at each joint and discard tips. Barbecue or broil until crispy.
Warm sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
Dunk cooked wings into sauce for about one minute. Serve with celery and carrot sticks and a side of blue cheese dressing.
Try Wing-Time’s award winning sauces on beef, pork, fish and ribs.
