    Wonderful zesty lime chocolate flavour up front accompanied by little explosions of popping candy. And then the Naga Jolokia kicks in with a heat that really builds but doesn’t totally overpower.

    Created especially for serious chilliheads my Psycho Chocolate is the perfect blend of heat and flavour.
    The challenge was to get the balance right.
    It’s hot, make no mistake about that, but it’s at a level that serious chilliheads will enjoy without it totally melting their face off.

    I’m Dr. Burnörium and for me to put my name, not to mention my gorgeous fizzog, on the sleeve you can be sure that Psycho Chocolate is something pretty damned special.

    Psycho Chocolate is made using cocoa beans that are roasted in their entire shell to produce a more intense, superior flavour.

    Each bar is then infused with fiery Naga Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) chilli and topped with tasty additions.

    Milk Chocolate (min cocoa 34%) 45.2% (Sugar, Cocoa, Whole Milk Powder, Cocoa Mass, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla). White Chocolate (min cocoa 28%) 45.2% (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Whole Milk Powder, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla). Popping Candy 5% (Sugar, Glucose, Lactose, Carbon Dioxide E-290 (Carbonating Agent). Dark Chocolate Splitters 2% (Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Fat-Reduced Cocoa Powder, Anhydrous Milk Fat, Soya Lecithin, Natural Vanilla). Chilli Flakes 2%, Naga Jolokia Chilli Powder 0.4%, Lime Oil 0.3%.
