A magical Thai-Asian-inspired mix of caramelized onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes and peri-peri peppers — small red chilies that pack some powerful back heat.

    Tasting Notes: Thick and unctuous, with a base of roasted onion, garlic and ginger that coats the palate, followed by the umami of roasted tomato and the earthy punch of red chili pepper. Think Thai-inspired curry but without the coconut.
