The Scotch Bonnet pepper is amongst the hottest pepper and named because the peppers actually look like traditional Scottish Tam o’Shanter hats.
Inspired by a traditional Jamaican recipe we combine Scotch Bonnet Peppers and traditional island spices to give a sweet, fruity, smokey sauce that packs a real punch. Our label features the beautiful Doctor Bird – the national bird of Jamaica.
