Inspired by Japan’s yuzu kosho, DevilDog Sauces blend oranges, lemons, and limes to capture their sweet, bitter, and tangy goodness. Roasted green rocket chillies add a subtle yet satisfying burn. Drizzle it over chargrilled fish, lash it onto oysters, or stir it through your noodles. However you use it, this sauce refuses to be ignored.

Citrus kosho is a sauce inspired by the Japanese condiment Yuzu Kosho. Capturing the bitterness of the pith and the juice sweetness of oranges, lemons and limes. Paired with sea salt and the subtle burn of roast green rocket chillies. This sauce is a delight of chargrilled fish, fresh oysters, or simply stirred through your noodles.
