Citrus kosho is a sauce inspired by the Japanese condiment Yuzu Kosho. Capturing the bitterness of the pith and the juice sweetness of oranges, lemons and limes. Paired with sea salt and the subtle burn of roast green rocket chillies. This sauce is a delight of chargrilled fish, fresh oysters, or simply stirred through your noodles.
