    This sauce combines a great home made tangy BBQ Sauce with the tropical flavour of the Scotch Bonnet Chilli. One of our favourite chilli and adored throughout the world for it’s heat and unique flavour. These two flavours combine perfectly to create one of our best selling sauces that really does inspire your next cook-out to be the best ever!

    BBQ Bonnet Hot Chilli Sauce is perfect as a marinade or smothering any dish. Simply mix about half a bottle with a tin of chopped tomatoes and a splash of olive oil and your marinade is ready to go. Smother your meat with a generous helping then leave in a fridge overnight.This sauce is made using our very own scotch bonnet chilli mash which adds a great depth of Carribean flavour and heat to this sauce.
