We aged green Chillies for 3 weeks and blended them with fresh herbs, fresh Lime, Mexican lager and tomatillo. The result has given us a hot sauce with a zesty tang followed by heat that builds along with the sweetness of roasted garlic into a crescendo of flavour and spice. Quite Hot.
