Balefire Chantico – Smokey Mexican Chipotle

Named after the Aztec goddess of hearth and fire, Chantico is thick, sultry, and a touch dangerous. Roasted peppers, De Arbol chillies and smoky chipotle meet Balefire’s smoked beer for a sauce that’s got depth, soul and a lingering medium burn.

It pours like velvet and hits like a smoky salsa possessed. Use it as a marinade, a dip, or baptise your burger in it. She is rich, fiery and not to be taken lightly.

Chantico is an Aztec inspired Chipotle and De Arbol hot sauce. Loaded with roasted peppers and our smoked beer to add depth of flavour. It’s a silky burgundy colour that pours thick, making it great to use as a marinade as well as a dip. At a medium level heat it will keep you coming back without losing any of the rich flavour.
